TrailHead exists to make connections that move your leadership journey forward.
Aspiring leaders will hit roadblocks in their professional progression. Unfortunately, many feel like they have to choose between thousands of leadership books with questionable (if any) connection to actual research, a litany of oversimplified consulting frameworks, and/or the never-ending supply of anecdotes to find a way forward. At the same time, an incredible number of amazingly talented of researchers and educators hold a wealth of hard-earned knowledge with only limited direct engagement with practitioners.
There is value in this gap.
